Umbrella offers a simple, convenient employment solution. You carry out the work for the client, complete your timesheet and submit any business expenses to us. We bill the agency, cover our costs from the amount they pay us, and pay you as our employee. It really is that simple.     When you are getting paid directly by agency itself then it would be difficult to switch between the assignments offered by different agencies. Each agency would be considered as your separate employer and you might end up paying more taxes temporarily.  Whilst the decision of getting paid through an umbrella brings you the following benefits.

    The process to switch to Intalytic umbrella is very simple and easy.
    Speak to your agency about your new umbrella company and let us know we will then get in touch with them to get you on board.
    You can then register with us, one of our team members will help you to sign up by filling in the registration form, employment contract along with the right to work and proof of address documents for compliance purposes.
    Give a consent and confirmation to your agency that you are switching yourself to us.
    It usually takes time to get your P45 from your previous employer/umbrella company. When you start working from a new umbrella then HMRC’s system will take it as second job. You do not need to worry about that. Just give a ring to HMRC to let them know that you only have one employer now and then they will send us your updated tax code to deduct the right amount of taxes.
    if you end up overpaying in tax while employed by us, it’s all returned to you the next time we you will get paid, once we receive the new tax code.
